Belkin 12 Outlet Pivot Plug Surge Protector with 8 Foot Cord

These days you have a half dozen or more things plugged into an outlet and even though you don't use everything all at once, you do you need the expanded outlets. It would be curious to see if it failed and if Belkin would actually pay up on a faulty surge protector, but it's a very nice warranty. What a well made product. Only one side of the swivel receptacles swiveled and all 3 sockets were integrated. The fact this unit screws into your existing wall receptacle is another plus.
Belkin Pivot Plug Surge Protector - Surge suppressor ( external ) - 8 output connector(s)

I've used cheap surge protectors only for the fact that I don't have enough outlets. Since Amazon has everything, I searched and found the Belkin Surge Protector. On one Belkin, I was able to connect my Television, Receiver, DVD players (2), Satellite Television box, multiple CD Player/Changer, a Light fixture, a Satellite Speaker Transmitter, and two Sub-woofers. I don't have a phone jack in my living room, so I didn't need that (it is a good idea), but the 1-in, 1-out coaxial-cable protection makes me feel very good about protection.

This Belkin 12 Outlet Pivot Plug Surge Protector with 8 Foot Cord also comes with a 50k plugged in equipment guarantee along with a LIFETIME product warranty and all for just a few dollars more than the Side Pocket that had zero warranties. Belkin has made a quality product here and it shows. I've ordered custom made low capacitance subwoofer cables from them and the quality is superior to most of the high end overpriced stuff you see advertised in most electronic stores.

The 12-Outlet Pivot-Plug Surge Protector provides premium power protection for both home and professional workstations. It's built to protect professional workstations, laser printers, home-theater systems, and everyday household electronics.

The unique pivot-plug design provides greater convenience and flexibility in placing your plugged-in devices than traditional surge protectors. The surge protection features advanced design elements, high-quality construction, and superior circuitry and components that combine to provide the most complete protection from power surges, spikes, and AC contamination. The Belkin 12-Outlet Surge Protector is backed by a Belkin Lifetime Warranty and a $300,000 Connected Equipment Warranty.

Dell Inspiron i3531-1200BK 15.6-Inch Laptop

Why Choose this ?

I ordered mine Dell Inspiron i3531-1200BK  from dell, at the time it was cheaper than am azon, and dell had them in stock. Modern laptops are becoming more powerful all the time. If you just need a laptop that does a good job at surfing the Internet, checking email, watching Youtube videos and making simple edits to photos, a good budget model should serve you quite well.

Review: Dell Inspiron i3531-1200BK 15.6-Inch Laptop

The Dell Inspiron i3531-1200BK is a 15.6 inch laptop that will do everything mentioned above, and more. While it won’t be setting any speed records, it’s plenty fast enough and powerful enough to do what the average Internet user needs for a budget laptop to do.

Trusted Asus RT-AC68U AC1900 802.11ac router Review

Why Choose this ?

What a great product. This was the easiest router I have ever set up. Superior router. Worth the price. Very good range and penetration. Upstairs installation resulted in about 180 feet outside reception through several walls of house.

For advanced and professional users, the Asus RT-AC68U Dual-band Wireless-AC1900 Gigabit Router is worth every penny
I replaced my Asus AC66U with this new ASUS (RT-AC68U) Wireless-AC1900 Dual-Band Gigabit Router, so I am used to the product and interface. With all the functionality accessible at the tip of your fingers in your browser, setting it up is quite simple for the tech savvy person. Loved the white LEDs in the back that lights up "ASUS" and being able to turn it on/off during sleep. The front LEDs are blueish and isn't so bright that it bothers your sleep so wonderfully done.

A Solid, Stable Router: Reviews NETGEAR N750 Dual Band Wi-Fi Gigabit Router

I've owned this NETGEAR N750 Dual Band Wi-Fi Gigabit Router for over a year now and I'm reasonably happy with it for what it does. It's fast enough for my internet connection (25/25 Mbps) and easily supports the over a dozen devices we own.

I'm really nitpicking here. When I got it up and running, the router ran smoothly and was stable. Aesthetically, the router looks pretty nice; about the size and shape of a book and can sit flat somewhere or it has a stand to set it upright, but the stand seems a little awkward. The status lights are pretty bright, so you might not want it somewhere where you sleep lest it keeps you awake at night.
