Orchard Hills Full Size Entertainment Center Carolina Oak

Wow! So awesome! Directions are typical from Sauder, not everything is marked, but the pictures are accurate, so it's not too hard to figure out. Once it was assembled and in place, Orchard Hills Full Size Entertainment Center Carolina Oak looked really nice. I have a Vizio 55" TV in there right now, and there is about an inch and a quarter room left on either side. There was enough room in front of the TV to comfortably fit a sound bar.
The rich Carolina Oak finish is the final touch, making Sauder Orchard hills the perfec

My 55" is in there resting on its' base on the TV shelf. Plenty strong enough shelf. You will need to buy a separate bracket if you want to mount it to the back of the unit.Don't sweat it if you don't have a drill and you're setting it on the TV shelf. This is typical department store furniture assembly. The biggest problem is that not every piece of wood in the kit was labeled. All in all, pretty typical of assemble it yourself furniture.
  • Constructed of laminated engineered wood
  • Holds flat panel TVs up to 50"
  • Safety-tempered glass doors
  • Three media storage drawers
  • Ships ready to assemble
The reason I bought this is because the only wall we can use for the TV is pretty short. I couldn't find anything in furniture stores that would accept a big TV, but not take up the entire wall. I wouldn't buy it to save a little money. The rest of the finish looks good for being moved 3 times to different locations (Germany, States, other place in States) so I can't complain about it chipping or fading at all.

The shelving spaces below the TV hold a lot of DVD's, games, and Blu-Rays. If you're considering this Orchard Hills Full Size Entertainment Center Carolina Oak, be prepared to spend a lot of time putting it together, for small children to want to mess with the glass drawers or nibble on it, and more importantly - for it to last through moves, still look almost as good as when you first bought it, and be a sturdy and flattering piece of furniture.
